This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for our various offerings, including memberships, workshops, events, and digital products.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing any product or service from SkinX Club, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Membership Refunds
1.1 Trial Memberships
If we offer a trial membership, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged for the subsequent paid membership. Once the trial period expires, your membership will automatically convert to a paid membership unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
1.2 Monthly Memberships
For monthly membership subscriptions:
- You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.
- When you cancel, you will maintain access to the membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period.
- Your membership will not automatically renew after the current billing period ends.
1.3 Annual Memberships
For annual membership subscriptions:
- If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription (the "cooling-off period"), you are eligible for a full refund.
- After the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds for annual memberships are issued on a prorated basis, minus a £25 administration fee.
- The prorated refund is calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your membership term.
- No refunds are provided for annual memberships that have less than 30 days remaining in the term.
1.4 Lifetime Memberships
For lifetime memberships (if offered):
- A 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase.
- After 30 days, lifetime memberships are non-refundable.
2. Workshop and Event Refunds
2.1 In-Person Workshops and Events
For in-person workshops, photography walks, and other physical events:
- Cancellation by You:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event.
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event.
- Cancellations made 8-14 days before the event date are eligible for a 25% refund or 75% credit toward a future event.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event date are not eligible for a refund but may receive a 50% credit toward a future event at our discretion.
- Transferring Registration: You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.
- Cancellation by SkinX Club: If we cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund or, at your option, credit toward a future event plus a 10% bonus credit.
2.2 Online Workshops and Webinars
For live online workshops and webinars:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund but may receive access to the recording if available.
- If you cannot attend the live session, you will typically receive access to a recording of the session, if available, and are not eligible for a refund based on inability to attend the live event.
- If technical issues on our end prevent you from participating in a substantial portion of the live workshop, you will be offered a free transfer to a future session, access to the recording, or a full refund.
3. Digital Products and Online Courses
3.1 Digital Downloads
For digital products such as presets, ebooks, and other downloadable content:
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded.
- If you have not downloaded the product yet, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- If the digital product is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
3.2 Online Courses
For pre-recorded online courses:
- We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for our online courses.
- If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 30% of the course content.
- To request a refund, you must provide specific feedback about why the course did not meet your expectations.
- After 14 days or if more than 30% of the course has been accessed, no refunds will be provided.
4. Physical Products and Merchandise
For physical products such as branded merchandise, printed materials, or photography accessories:
- Returns: You may return unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
- Exchanges: Exchanges for different sizes or colors are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item.

5. Refund Process and Timeframes
5.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at refunds@skinxclub.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order/Membership Number]"
- Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order or membership number
- Date of purchase
- Product or service purchased
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant documentation or evidence (if applicable)
- Alternatively, you can fill out the refund request form in your account dashboard or call our customer service at +443419342734 during business hours.
5.2 Refund Processing Times
Once your refund request is approved:
- Credit card refunds typically process within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
- Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account.
- PayPal refunds typically process within 3-5 business days.
- Store credits are applied to your account immediately upon approval.
We will notify you via email when your refund has been processed.
5.3 Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
6.1 Force Majeure Events
In cases of events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, etc.):
- For in-person events that must be canceled, we will offer the option of a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled or virtual version of the event if available.
- For services that cannot be delivered due to force majeure events, we will work with affected customers on a case-by-case basis to provide fair solutions.
6.2 Promotional or Discounted Purchases
Items purchased at a discount or with a promotional code may have different refund terms:
- Heavily discounted items (50% off or more) may be eligible for store credit only, not cash refunds.
- Special promotional offers may have specific refund limitations that will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
6.3 Membership Benefits Already Used
If significant membership benefits have already been used before requesting a refund:
- The value of the used benefits may be deducted from the refund amount.
- This includes downloaded resources, attended events, or received physical products that were included as part of the membership.
6.4 Special Health Circumstances
In cases of serious illness or other health emergencies that prevent participation in an event or use of a membership:
- Please contact us as soon as possible with appropriate documentation.
- We will work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include extended access, transfers to other individuals, or partial/full refunds depending on the circumstances.
7. Disputes and Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision:
- Please contact our customer service team first to explain your situation and see if we can find a mutually acceptable solution.
- If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate to our management team by emailing management@skinxclub.com with details of your case and previous communications.
- We aim to respond to escalated disputes within 5 business days.
For UK and EU customers, you also have the right to refer disputes to the relevant consumer protection authorities or alternative dispute resolution services if we cannot resolve the matter directly.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Any changes to this Refund Policy will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change unless legally required.
